Dr. Luis Quiroga is a board-eligible Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon specializing in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. He is committed to helping patients feel confident in their skin—whether restoring form after illness or injury, or enhancing natural beauty with precision and artistry.

Originally from Argentina, Dr. Quiroga earned his medical degree summa cum laude from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba before completing a Master of Public Health at the renowned Johns Hopkins University. His diverse surgical training includes general surgery across leading U.S. programs, as well as fellowships in burn surgery and complex reconstruction at Johns Hopkins. Most recently, he completed his Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at West Virginia University, where he served as Chief Resident.

With over a decade of surgical experience and a patient-centered philosophy, Dr. Quiroga offers thoughtful, individualized care across a wide spectrum of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Quiroga is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and The Aesthetic Society. He has co-authored many academic papers and book chapters, particularly in the areas of burn and reconstructive surgery.
